We’re lucky to have worked with this homeowner at Desa Green Serviced Apartments, in bringing his loft to life. This small unit which overlooks a natural lake is already promising. Coupled with the homeowner’s fondness for a space to foster his creativity made this entire makeover truly a pleasure.

Our client’s soft spot for a modern industrial home was easy to achieve, thanks to good and extensive natural lighting that came with the unit. The apartment was put together with a predominantly black and wood finish which displays a raw look. The staple material balancing the modern from the industrial is a good amount of wood, which defined and gave character to the kitchen area. A green backsplash paints the surface underneath the wooden boards, adding to the factory aesthetic while retaining coziness. Incorporate a touch of character did not necessarily meant flooding every inch with a piece of furniture. As such, we ensured the modern industrial atmosphere spread naturally, even up to the unit’s balcony.

We wanted the entry experience to the homeowner’s private (bedroom) space to be special every time he enters. So a custom made black iron door is designed to be the first touch, separating the living area from the bedrooms.

Inside, the bedroom is carefully planned to give a relaxing vibe while retaining the modern industrial look. A warm feeling was achieve with wooden flooring, and the theme is visibly seen by a custom rebar shelving with striking wall-fixed pipe lights, and ceiling mesh-spotlights. We took the advantage of an unused room to fulfill his love for fashion and an extensive wardrobe. An additional room is transformed to be a walk-in rustic wardrobe with an open-wardrobe concept, built from custom black iron pipes, rebar shelving and drawers. The space is dramatically illuminated with an industrial-styled chandelier drawn from a central point.

我们非常幸运能与Desa Green Serviced Apartments的屋主合作，为他的阁楼套间注入新风貌。这个俯瞰天然湖泊的小单位本身就充满无限可能，加上屋主希望建造一个可以激发创意的空间，这让整个装潢与改造过程变成一种极致享受。

屋主对现代工业化居家空间情有独钟，单位面积极大且自然採光充足，让我们轻而易举完成任务 。套间以黑色和木料材质为主，营造原始质感的外观。大量的木材质感平衡了工业化的超现代感，同时明显勾勒出厨房区域的特征。厨房台座下方绿色的墙板设计，让整体空间在保持舒适感的同时，增添工业美感。想要为空间融入一点个性，并不一定意味着需要用家具填满每一寸空间。因此，我们让现代工业氛围自然蔓延到阳台空间。

我们希望屋主每次进入卧室都有不一样的体验，所以我们把一个特制的黑色铁门设计成卧室的第一个接触点，将客厅与卧室区分开来。延续着现代工业化风格，卧室也经过精心规划，以保持一个轻松的氛围。木质地板带给人一种温暖的感觉，而定制的钢筋架子、醒目的管道灯具和天花板网状聚光灯让空间继续忠于现代化工业的主题风格。

我们利用一个闲置的房间来打造一个更宽大的衣物间，以满足屋主对时尚的热爱。我们把这个房间改造成一个开放式概念的步入式衣柜，由特制的黑色铁管、钢筋架子和抽屉构成。而从中心点延展开来的工业风格吊灯夸张地照亮了整个空间。
