A true marriage of personal living and hospitality is what we have dubbed this unit to represent, at Sentral Residences. Home to a small family who requires a modular space to serve both their daily routines and frequent large crowds of guests, we transformed the living experience to one that treads the fine line.

In the likes of a party crowd or small groups of friends, an open space is important to maintain adaptability. As such, the key is to design a connected space. From lighting to furniture pieces, warm and earthy colour palette is used to achieve a soothing and cozy experience – one that was fitting for social gatherings. The contrast to a sterile building in a highly noisy neighbourhood was a bonus.

One of the best showcase of spatial design is seen in the children bedroom. A modular study desk is constructed to be a bed, which otherwise is stacked to create additional room for children play activities and sleepovers.

坐落于Sentral Residences的这个单位可谓是一个既能满足个人生活需求，亦可热情款待访客的完美空间。
作为一个小康之家，我们需要将空间模块化以满足屋主的日常生活以及应付频繁的聚会。因此，我们决定将这个单位内的空间分隔变得模糊。

在举办大型派对或与三五好友聚会时，保持空间的开放性有助于开展各种活动。因此，关键在于打造一个连通的空间，从灯光到家具，保持暖色和土色系的基调，不但能营造适合社交聚会的舒适氛围，同时也能让人忘了正置身于喧闹的社区。

儿童卧室是极佳的空间设计范例，我们将床铺模块隐藏在书桌前，这样的堆叠设计，也为孩子们的游戏与留宿时创造更多额外的空间。
